Executive Marketing Manager, Mathematics
Jeff Weidenaar is an Executive Marketing Manager for Mathematics at Pearson. His publishing career dates back to the late 1980s, when he made a career change from teaching mathematics. Since then, he has developed and marketed a variety of math, science, and technology products for middle school, high school, and higher education at leading companies such as Pearson and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. He has served as a publisher liaison with National Middle School Association for 7 years and is a member of the Massachusetts STEM Summit Planning Committee. In his free time, he founded a MATHCOUNTS team at a local middle school and has served as the team’s coach for 4 years. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he received his certification to teach Mathematics and English in grades 6-12.
