Erma says the professional development experiences on policy during her Fellowship were invaluable in her work following the Fellowship experience. After her Fellowship year, she became the Program Manager for the NSF-funded project on Scope, Sequence, and Coordination of Secondary School Science that was initiated by the National Science Teachers Association. She was also the Co-Principal Investigator for the Council for Basic Education’s Schools Around the World project. She now serves as a Science and Mathematics educational consultant, primarily with the Office of Overseas Schools.
