Refunds and Cancellations
Triangle Coalition does not refund membership dues or sponsorship payments once they are received.
Cancellations of conference registrations must be received in writing prior to the designated cancellation deadline. Cancelled registrations received before the deadline will be refunded minus a processing fee.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in Triangle Coalition’s conferences or other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrants to allow Triangle Coalition to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrants or attendee’s image or voice, in photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
2014 STEM Education Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by COB September 17, 2014 in order to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. After this date, no-shows and cancellations will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions are always welcome.
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Triangle Coalition website, as well as personal information submitted by other means, and governs data collection and usage. By using the Triangle Coalition website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Triangle Coalition collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and deliver the services you have requested. Triangle Coalition may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Triangle Coalition and its members.
Triangle Coalition may use the demographic and professional information collected on membership, conference, and other forms for aggregate analysis, to personalize our member records for better service, and to create targeted mailing lists. Information provided during conference registration is also included in attendee lists supplied to conference participants, sponsors, exhibitors, and other responsible third parties. Conference participants may choose to opt-out of having their information listed during the registration process or by contacting Triangle Coalition using the information below.
Triangle Coalition may make member data available to companies offering Triangle Coalition benefits, to other Triangle Coalition members, and other responsible third parties.
By joining the Triangle Coalition, members consent to a public profile page that lists the company’s name and general contact information (website, address, phone number, and email address) on the public website. Limited individual contact information is only viewable to members by logging in to the members-only portal.
